Dr Stephen Satchell, The Reader in Financial Econometrics at the Department of Applied Economics, University of Cambridge, has provided the oversight and all of the forecasting model development for our work over the past 20 years. Our link with top flight academic input was the foundation stone for our business and our continuing investment in research remains the fundamental distinction for our practice. We investigate issues which interest us and develop solutions for problems in the belief that we create potential future value for our clients.

Our Chairman, Dr Peter Williams, is past Deputy Director General of the Council of Mortgage Lenders and Jim Cunningham was the CML Senior Economist. David Pickles brings long experience of mortgage practice at National & Provincial Building Society and of data handling at Experian and CACI. Mark Witherspoon was a senior executive at Barclays Bank, brought the use of AVMs to the UK and is now playing a key role in the management of distressed debt and the sale/purchase of loan books.
