Acadametrics Ltd is a research-based consultancy practice, focused upon the housing market. Dr Stephen Satchell, Economics Fellow, Trinity College, Cambridge and former The Reader in Financial Econometrics at the Department of Applied Economics, University of Cambridge, has provided the oversight and all of the forecasting model development for our work over some 23 years. Our link with top flight academic input was the foundation stone for our business and our continuing investment in research remains the fundamental attribute of our practice. We investigate issues which interest us and develop solutions for problems in the belief that we create potential future value for our clients.

Our Chairman, Dr Peter Williams, is Director, Cambridge Centre for Housing and Planning Research, and past Deputy Director General of the Council of Mortgage Lenders. David Pickles, our Strategy and Development Director, is expert in risk and widely knowledgeable concerning issues in the housing and lending markets, with long experience beginning at National & Provincial Building Societies, Experian and CACI.
