Colin Lizieri is Grosvenor Professor of Real Estate Finance at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Pembroke College.
Prior to joining Cambridge he was Professor of Real Estate Finance and Research Director at the University of Reading’s Business School. Colin has over thirty
years experience in property research, specialising in financial innovation and analysis of risk and return in real estate. He has published widely and has provided expert
advice and consultancy to public, professional and private bodies including the EU, HM Treasury, the Bank of Norway, the RICS, CBRE, Development Securities and many others.
He has acted as an expert witness on residential valuation in the Lands Tribunal. He and Steve Satchell have many publications together, analysing the relationship between
property and other asset markets; they have also provided expert advice on risk modelling for property lending.
