Jim Cunningham - Economist

Jim is an economist/credit risk professional focusing on the UK housing and mortgage markets, monetary policy, financial markets and their
interaction with the real economy, financial stability and regulation and credit risk. He needs no introduction to the lending industry where
he is known as an extremely experienced and authoritative voice concerning lending issues ranging from arrears and possession to relationships
with government bodies. Following key roles at Barclays Bank and Portman Building Society from 1983 to 2005, Jim spent 3 years at the Council of
Mortgage Lenders as their Senior Economist, dealing with a wide range of issues, including liaison with the Bank of England, the FSA and CLG. At
Acadametrics, Jim will provide not only an economic view at the macroeconomic level, but also a micro understanding of client arrears and possessions
data input to our stress and scenario testing models. As a thought leader, Jim has the ability to ask the right questions and develop practical
analytical frameworks and measures to provide insights into complex issues.
